I loved relaxing in the poolside hammocks after breakfast each morning, which was always fresh and delightful. Unfortunately, the noise from nearby bars made it hard to sleep early.

Unexpected attic adventure
Once we moved to another room, the comfort was much better, and the pool area became our daily retreat. The staff were friendly and eager to help.

It's just a reliable pick for short visits in Cartagena with decent value for money. The pool area was pretty nice to relax by. Make sure to have a plan for what to do in the city.

I loved kicking back by the pool and enjoying the tasty breakfast with fresh juice and eggs! The poolside vibes were awesome, perfect for relaxation. The only minor hiccup was that my room was a bit of a climb, but it was all worth it for the comfort and experience! 😊

Oh man, the grilled fish at La Cocina de Pepina was a game changer—so fresh and flavorful! Plus, the staff at Casa Relax are super friendly and make a killer breakfast, complete with homemade pineapple marmalade. The location was prime, right in the heart of Getsemani, making it easy to find fab local spots like Bonche Gastrobar and Mister Babilla.
We had a tough time with our attic room—no windows and a broken AC on a hot night. It got loud since it was near the street too. Thankfully, the pool area was lovely for cooling off, but I can't shake off the rough first night vibes.

I truly appreciated the vibrant, colonial decor of Casa Relax Hotel, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The pool area was a perfect retreat, providing a lovely place to relax under the shade of hammocks, ideal for seniors.
More towel racks in the rooms would be helpful.

I loved the refreshing pool. it was a lifesaver during the hot afternoons. The location in Getsemani was perfect, just steps away from local bars and restaurants. Breakfast had fresh eggs cooked to order, which made mornings more enjoyable. However, my room had no windows and the AC was broken on a hot night, so it got uncomfortably warm. The noise from the street kept me awake at times. The staff was friendly but spoke little English, making communication challenging. Overall, the vibrant colonial decor created a warm atmosphere, but I wished for more privacy in the bathroom area, as it had no doors. Despite the hiccups, I enjoyed my stay.
