Nice hotel with friendly staff, great air conditioning, and a refreshing outdoor pool. On my first stay, they even helped me resolve some tech issues! I recommend enjoying the delicious breakfast too! I'm coming back for Christmas!

I loved relaxing in the poolside hammocks after breakfast each morning, which was always fresh and delightful. Unfortunately, the noise from nearby bars made it hard to sleep early.

Once we moved to another room, the comfort was much better, and the pool area became our daily retreat. The staff were friendly and eager to help.

It's just a reliable pick for short visits in Cartagena with decent value for money. The pool area was pretty nice to relax by. Make sure to have a plan for what to do in the city.

A Chill Retreat with a Nice Pool!

I enjoyed my stay here, especially the well-maintained pool that was perfect to relax in after a day of exploring. Breakfast in the cozy kitchen offered a delightful start to my mornings, and being close to local restaurants made dining easy.

this place was a gem during my trip to cartagena. the pool and hammocks provided a perfect escape from the heat after exploring the vibrant streets. the location was spot on, just a 10-minute walk to the old town, making it super easy to visit local attractions.

I had a great stay for 4 nights in a Double Room. The vibrant colonial decor. The pool area with hammocks was perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was cute. The breakfast was delicious! ☀️

Oh man, the grilled fish at La Cocina de Pepina was a game changer—so fresh and flavorful! Plus, the staff at Casa Relax are super friendly and make a killer breakfast, complete with homemade pineapple marmalade. The location was prime, right in the heart of Getsemani, making it easy to find fab local spots like Bonche Gastrobar and Mister Babilla.

We had a tough time with our attic room—no windows and a broken AC on a hot night. It got loud since it was near the street too. Thankfully, the pool area was lovely for cooling off, but I can't shake off the rough first night vibes.

Overall, the vibrant colonial decor created a warm atmosphere, but I wished for more privacy in the bathroom area, as it had no doors. Despite the hiccups, I enjoyed my stay.
